All our products include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Production defects in materials or fittings
  • Color fading or plating issues not caused by regular wear

What is Warranty Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural faults

What is Not Warranty Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or improper care
  • Accidental damage
  • Negligent damage
Please note that normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, as well as negligence by customer are not covered under warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
